Description
This is a small, engraved sigil made from aquamarine, fashioned to resemble a tortoise shell. It comes with a specialized adhesive that allows it to be attached to the Tortle's own shell.
Effect
Shell Defense Augmentation: When the Tortle uses its Shell Defense ability, the sigil activates, granting an additional +1 to AC while in the defensive posture.
Tidal Resilience
Once per long rest, the Tortle can channel the power of the sigil to gain temporary hit points equal to their level + their Constitution modifier. These temporary hit points last for 10 minutes.
Aquatic Affinity
The Tortle gains a 10-foot swim speed bonus and can hold their breath for an additional hour when submerged underwater.
